If you’re going to jailbreak your iPhone or iPad, the first thing you MUST do is backup your device’s SHSH blobs.

A lot of things announced yesterday, including iTunes 10. So can you use iTunes 10 with a jailbroken iTunes, in simple terms yes. From our tests, we've tested an iPhone 4, iPod 3G and iPad and all sync without any problems with iTunes 10. Remember that 4.1 is just around the corner so backup your SHSH while you still can.

Came across a great new mod for the iOS4, called NoSpot Hack. This hack allows you to finally hide the Spotlight search. Why would you want to do that ?

Well let me give you one example. My 5 year old son has an iPod Touch 3G and he clicks on everything he can find. So when i hide the icons with SBSettings he can still find them via spotlight search, smart boy. So i'm stuck recovering the device every couple of days :P Well no more, now with SBSettings hide icon feature and this NoSpot hack my problems should be solved. But i guess we'll see in a few days.

To install the NoSpot hack simple head over to Cydia. 

Add the authors repo Manage - > Sources - > Edit - > Add type in http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com and hit add.

Ok we're confirming this! Tried it this morning on the iPhone 3GS, and it's working great !!! You can now downgrade from 4.0.2 firmware back to 4.0.1 or 4.0 and use jailbreak me to rejailbreak your iPhone and then you are back in the game. The process is a little tricky so follow all the steps if you have any problems just ask in our forums.
