Update : New GUI Version is out no more commands to type click here for video guide

So yesterday we showed you video guides on how to jailbreak your iPhone 4S or jailbreak your iPad 2 on the latest 5.0.1 firmware. The only problem was, it was again only released for the Mac. We were told that the tools were going to come for the Windows platform a few hours later, but were sadly disappointed.

However today i woke up to a windows solution that will work to jailbreak your iPhone 4S or iPad 2, but its not as easy as the Mac method.

Video is uploading, but i’ll give you the step by step below.

Step 0. You must restore to 5.0.1, so backup first then do a fresh install
Step 1. Download and extract the tool to your desktop.
Step 2. Connect your iPad 2 or iPhone 4S to your computer
Step 3. Start Command Prompt (Start Menu -> cmd.exe)
Step 4. Browse to the directory that you extracted the tools to

Step 5. Now we run the jailbreak, type these commands one by one, always allow the step to finish and don’t unplug till we tell you to

cinject.exe -i payloads/jailbreak.mobileconfig

cinject.exe -j payloads

cinject.exe -w

Step 6. Toggle the VPN on in the settings and now wait for the reboot.

All done
