How to jailbreak 4.1 using greenpois0n
– You must be on 4.1 if you are not on 4.1 update to iOS 4.1 (exactly 4.1, nothing else will do!)

– Turn off your device and connect it to your computer.

– Download greenpois0n.– Run greenpois0n.

– Enter your device into DFU mode following the instructions on screen.

– Click on “Jailbreak”– Be patient as greenpois0n works

– this could take up to 5 minutes…

– All done, you’ve got jailbreak!

– start the newly created Loader.app and select to install Cydia from there.

There is no simpler jailbreak then this, nice and quick and doesn’t required firmware to run, meaning you wont be stuck downloading a 500 meg file when you want to jailbreak your buddy’s device at his house.
Greenpois0n RC 4 is the same as the previous version with the exception of the added support for the iPod Touch 2nd generation.
