We’re all loving iOS 5, one of the major improvements with this new version of the iOS is the notification interface.
Activated by swiping down on your iDevice from the top, this is a great quick way to access some information.
Although it’s great, it is a little limited, currently you can only see notifications, weather, RSS and a few others.
But as more time passes i’m sure we’re going to see tweaks pop up here and there to spice that UI a bit more.
Anyways, today i’ll show you one of those first tweaks, ‘Adding Google Search’ to your notification screen.
This will allow you to search nice and quick without you having to go into safari and hitting the search button.
You will need to be jailbroken as this tweak needs to be downloaded from Cydia, so if you haven’t yet, you can use our Jailbreak iOS 5.0/4.3.5 Guide or use are chart if you are on other firmware.
